- Non-Bookstore Buyers. There are lists of potential buyers for fiction and non-fiction titles in many genre. Just click on those that are right for you and contact them immediately.
- Complaint Resolution Process. Copies of all negative reports are sent to the subject company for its response, it necessary. This will give BCS members both sides of the story. And if for some reason you do not get a satisfactory resolution to your complaint, let us know. We'll contact the company on your behalf.
- Free Information. Members can download special reports, booklets, forms, and other information others must pay to get. There are also free blogs in many categories.
