Problems happen. Even the top suppliers in any category can make a mistake now and then, and most correct it as quickly and completely as possible.

But there are times when fault is not evident (or acknowledged) and a standoff occurs. We can help rectify the situation. If you contact a BCS representative with a description of the incident, along with the name and contact information of the offending party, we will attempt to rectify the situation quickly, amiably and fairly.
